Certificates of attendance for the speech by Ms. Yeritsidou and Mr. Tzanakis in Athens 1&2/09/2007
Date:
10/09/2007
Due to neglect on the part of the company organizing the educational book exhibition with which MindPower cooperates, the statement which MindPower had specifically and in written required that it be printed was not successfully reproduced in all of the information documents and programmes issued by the organizing company regarding the seminars of the exhibition. The statement specifically announced that Certificates of Attendance would be issued to individuals SOLELY following the booking of a seat in the lecture by phone to MindPower headquarters.
We therefore officially state that MindPower not only is not responsible for the erroneous and misinformed impressions of the participants or the trouble they had to put up with but also that MindPower unfairly was the receipient of the negative effects of an insufficient informing by the organizing company for which MindPower was not responsible.
However, because the practised ideology and mission of MindPower does not allow for any interference in the relationship we painstackingly build with our client audience, aims at the service of all their needs and rises up to the logical and fair requests and gives solutions to any problem:
MindPower ANNOUNCES to the educators who had been misinformed that we have taken measures for the resolving of the problem which was created to both MindPower and its clients. We kindly request that, if you attended the seminars by Ms. Olga Yeritsidou and/or Mr. Michael Tzanakis on Saturday or Sunday (1st and 2nd of September) without having booked a seat and you wish to receive a Certificate of Attendance, call us at 210-2847253 until Thursday 20 September for further information.
ATTENTION! After September 20, MindPower will not be able to cater to this particular issue.
